From the first site visit through to commissioning you deal directly with Ethos Electrical — the same people who check your roof before install and tell you honestly what system you actually need.

Who actually does the installation?

What does the “from” price include?
A complete, installed system: equipment, mounting, electrical work, commissioning and paperwork. Final pricing depends on your property, system size, electrical requirements and selected equipment.
Can I add a battery to my existing solar?
Usually yes. Both GoodWe ESA and Sigenergy SigenStor can retrofit to most existing systems — we’ll confirm compatibility at your quote.
Will my power stay on in a blackout?
With a backup-configured battery, your nominated essential circuits keep running and switch over automatically. Whole-home backup is available on some configurations.
Can you install an EV charger at the same time?
Yes — Sigenergy EVAC and EVDC, GoodWe and Ocular IQ Home chargers can be installed alongside your solar and battery in one visit.
